At last! An electrician who comes when he says he will. The young man who came to fix my light was very polite, and I felt he was thorough in what he did. My light was flickering and getting very hot, and he tightened everything up, as that seemed to be the issue. He also took a photo of the light so that if is should need replacing, he knew what to order for me. You've got yourselves a new customer!! Thank you.

We booked an appointment for a small repair and Prime responded almost immediately. The work was completed by Ethan who was friendly and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prime and we will definitely use them again.

Great business. the couple of times I've used Prime Electrical their lads have turned up on time and got on with the work quickly and to a high standard. Happy to go back again in the future.

Very quick response time and sorted some work I needed doing within the same week. Also very reasonably priced would definitely recommend.

Although polite and friendly on site and I am grateful they managed to come on the same day I phoned and then complete the following week, it was spoilt by the way they do their admin and poor communication. Leading to me not knowing when they were going to turn up. Maybe choose a form of communication, and then stay with it, instead of using email and what’s app. And get back to customer when they ask a question instead of ghosting them? Due to their admin, it lead to me receiving three invoices instead of one for the whole job. If this is their way of doing so, sending one each time they come to a site, it is not what other trades people do and they really need to point this out to customers. This also is not the way accountants would do it and I do not know any accountant who would do it in this way. Because of it not being a one simple invoice for the whole job, it caused me unnecessary stress.

Thanks for getting work done, but sorry, I will probably look at another electrician next time I have an issue with electrics.

When my parents’ ancient fuse box died at 6pm, Steve came out immediately. He returned the next day at 9:30 on the dot (as promised) to fit a new fuse box. He also took the time to advise on other areas needing attention in a wholly constructive and considered manner. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service throughout. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

Thanks Steven for coming to our house on Sunday morning. You were efficient, polite and able to identify the issue. You were very transparent about the cost and your communication was excellent.

We had a power cut at 3am and tried everything to reset the circuit board. I contacted Prime Electrical and they came promptly at 8.30 and they were professional, friendly and sorted the problem within half an hour. I would recommend them.

I had a disaster at home just before Christmas as I was about to cook my evening meal about 8.30pm. I switched on the cooker and in an instant all my electrical services failed. I was in a new property and did not know where the electrical box was. I used my phone and found prime electrical. The boss himself came out, located the box, sorted it and I was back in business, heating the frying pan for that steak! It was just under 45 minutes from disaster to sorted! 11 out of 10 for first class service to Prime Electrical!!!

Steven and his team provide a swift, clean, cheery and professional service. They've helped me out twice at very short notice and were at my house on the same day. They are now my go to peeps for all things electric! I highly recommend.

Prime Electrical Limited - GREAT BUSINESS. Asked for a quote for some work on Monday, on site quote made Wednesday and work carried on on Friday! Both Steve and Connor really professional and friendly and at my request carried out further works at the same time! Quote was very reasonable and work carried out with no fuss and they even cleaned up after themselves! A real rarity these days! Couldn’t recommend these guys and firm enough!
