Although polite and friendly on site and I am grateful they managed to come on the same day I phoned and then complete the following week, it was spoilt by the way they do their admin and poor communication. Leading to me not knowing when they were going to turn up. Maybe choose a form of communication, and then stay with it, instead of using email and what’s app. And get back to customer when they ask a question instead of ghosting them? Due to their admin, it lead to me receiving three invoices instead of one for the whole job. If this is their way of doing so, sending one each time they come to a site, it is not what other trades people do and they really need to point this out to customers. This also is not the way accountants would do it and I do not know any accountant who would do it in this way. Because of it not being a one simple invoice for the whole job, it caused me unnecessary stress.
Thanks for getting work done, but sorry, I will probably look at another electrician next time I have an issue with electrics.
